About this game
Aria of Sorrow follows Soma Cruz into a castle during a solar eclipse. Its rooms connect into a large map, with new abilities gradually making more passages accessible. Defeating enemies supplies experience and equipment, while some opponents also surrender a soul that lets Soma borrow one of their powers.
The soul system makes exploration and combat closely connected. A useful ability might change your preferred weapon setup, help reach a previously inaccessible area or encourage another visit to a room you passed earlier.
